This Stanwell Park (2508) project demonstrates the versatility of Simpson & Co Projects in delivering highly specific, ecologically conscious architecture. Positioned back from the immediate foreshore, the focus of this build shifted from extreme marine protection to sustainable verticality and a deep integration with the surrounding coastal bushland.
As specialised builders in the 2508 postcode, we worked in close collaboration with Eco Mode to execute a design that proves “architectural” does not always mean “inaccessible.” The project emphasises our multidisciplinary expertise, utilising a refined palette of natural timbers and sustainable materials to create a high-functioning artist’s studio that is perfectly calibrated to its environment.
