This Coledale (2515) project is a masterclass in foreshore architectural transformation. Positioned on a premier beachfront block, the project involved an extensive structural reimagining of the original footprint. Simpson & Co Projects managed the complexities of the front-line site to introduce a new upper level and double garage, designed to withstand the rigours of a high-exposure marine environment while delivering a refined, modern aesthetic.

As specialised foreshore builders, we executed a high-performance coastal envelope utilising natural hardwood and perforated brickwork, ensuring the residence ages gracefully against the Pacific Ocean backdrop. The interior images shown here represent a unique collaboration with Few & Far and Indigo Love Collectors, staged to demonstrate how these architectural volumes can be finished to the level the build deserves.
