Since 1992, we have delivered custom residential homes across the Illawarra, Southern Highlands, and South Coast — working alongside architects and clients who understand that how a home is built matters as much as how it is designed.

The most successful projects we have delivered started with a conversation before the design was complete. Not because we wanted early involvement for our own benefit — but because it produces better outcomes for everyone at the table.

When we price a project, we price what has been designed and discussed — the full scope, as the client and architect intend it. If something needs to change to meet budget, that conversation happens openly, with everyone at the table, before anything is agreed.

That only works when the builder is involved before the plans are finalised. Early Contractor Involvement means the budget and the design develop together — so when construction starts, what is being built is exactly what was agreed, and within budget expectations.

The alternative — a competitive tender after design is complete — rarely saves money. It takes time, it creates an adversarial dynamic between the client and builder before the project has even started, and it often produces a price that still needs to be reconciled against the original design intent. Clients who involve us early don't pay more for the privilege. They arrive at the same outcome faster, with less financial uncertainty, and without the rework.
