What This Service Covers
Where a client requires it, Simpson & Co can assist in curating, selecting, and procuring furniture, soft furnishings, and finishing elements that are consistent with the design intent of the project.
We do this through our established trade relationships — passing our trade access pricing directly to clients, with a minor administration fee — ensuring the final layer of the project receives the same level of considered attention as the build itself.
This is not interior design. It is the practical extension of a process we have already been deeply involved in. We understand the project, the materials, the proportions, and the intent. That knowledge doesn't stop being useful at lock-up.
How It Works
We work with trusted suppliers whose product quality and design sensibility align with the calibre of home we build. Where an architect or designer is engaged and wishes to retain this scope, we support that entirely. Where they are not — or where their involvement has concluded — we can step in to ensure nothing is left unresolved.
When you move in, the project should be finished. Not just constructed.
