This Coledale (2515) residence carries a unique architectural legacy. Originally a century-old home in Matraville, the structure was relocated to the Illawarra coast nearly 30 years ago. Simpson & Co Projects was engaged alongside Gillis Architects to undertake a complete transformation, reworking the original building layout to create a luxurious, modern family home framed by the dramatic escarpment and oceanfront.
